Subscription Fulfillment works with Customer Management to facilitate subscription processing for customers who distribute multiple periodicals. Subscription Fulfillment allows you to create mailing labels and provides the appropriate audit trails that conform to USPS second-class mailing standards.

Accessing Subscription Fulfillment

Subscription Fulfillment exists as a separate module with its own task menu items:

■    Generate reports - Select this task list item to open the Generate reports window that allows you to print mailing labels.

■    Set up tables - Select this task list item to open a sub-task list of the following items:

□    Subscriptions – Select this item to open the Set up subscriptions window that allows you to set up and maintain subscription products.

□    Maintain zones – Select this item to open the Maintain zones window that allows you to define and manage the transports or carriers that you use to ship your subscription orders.
